        Tuesday, April 29, 2008: Lt. Governor Pat Quinn partnering with the Conference of Women Legislators to distribute more than 10,000 informational brochures and
        awareness bracelets across the state as part of the Ending Cervical Cancer in Our Lifetime initiative of the National Lieutenant Governors Association.

Governor's Activity
          Sept. 1 - 3, 2006, 2006 Taste of Polonia, Governor Rod Blagojevich spoke on Illinois' expanded Illinois Breast and
          Cervical Cancer Program and signed up uninsured women at the event. The program, effective September 1, 2006,
          enables 3,000 more women get access to free screenings and treatment for breast and cervical cancer. (distribute 500)
