Mission
Article II: Purpose
The functions of the National Lieutenant Governors Association
shall be to provide a medium for the exchange of views and
experiences on subjects of general importance to the people of
the several states and territories; to foster interstate
cooperation; to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the
Office of Lieutenant Governor; and generally to improve the
efficiency of state and territorial administration, education on
issues, and leadership training.
